Of course there are newer and plusher hotels but this place takes some beating for its idyllic location, courteous and professional service, cleanliness, comfort and good value restaurant. "My husband said this was his favorite stay out of all 9 places we booked for our two week trip. Maurice & Laureen are genuinely gracious and we absolutely had the best breakfast of our entire trip in Scotland. Gourmet eggs benedict, we will never forget our experience and would love go return. "
