"Wir waren 12 Nächte mit 12 Personen im Alter zwischen 2 bis 75 Jahren dort und haben es sehr genossen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab es zu bemängeln die den Aufenthalt aber keineswegs negativ beeinflusst haben und sicherlich bald behoben werden. Der Ausblick, die Räumlichkeiten, das Gelände entsprach alles der Anzeige und war nicht zu viel versprochen. Es war alles da was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Vom Bügeleisen über Waschmaschine, große sehr gut und ausreichend ausgestattete Küche, alle Bäder sauber und voll ausgestattet. Wir können es nur empfehlen und sind sehr froh diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben."

"We had such a wonderful experience at the villa. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully renovated. It has all the comforts you’d want (AC, nice bathrooms, a great kitchen, smart tv) without sacrificing any of the authenticity of a house nestled in the hills above the lake. The views are unbeatable and so much outdoor space to explore and lounge. We were there for a week and still it wasn’t enough time to make use of all the outdoors available. The salt water pool is in a perfect location with enough shade around to enjoy the water when you’re in it and out. We’ve been dreaming of our pool days since we left! The villa is definitely off the beaten path (you’ll want to rent a car that can handle an uneven terrain, which Barbara, the host, told us right away), and provides lots of peace and quiet with breathtaking views. Communication was timely, informative, and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to book another stay!"

"In general a good place to stay. Excellent pool and pool area to relax. Good location easy access to station and town and good parking provision. Initial room offer not so good but we were able to move to a much nicer room with no problem.Buffet breakfast good with many options. The only downside is no WiFi in the rooms but good WiFi in communal areas."

"Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort. Für uns und unsere Hunde eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung. Paolo, der Besitzer hat einiges investiert in neue Matratzen, Kopfkissen, Küchenausrüstung und eine neue Auskleidung des Pools.Wir haben unseren Urlaub wieder genossen und schon wieder für 2027 gebucht."

"Schattiger Parkplatz nur 60 Schritte von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir wurden seeehr freundlich mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und anderen regionalen selbstgefertigten regionalen Spezialitäten empfangen, bekamen den Schlüssel überreicht und wurden in unser Ferienhaus persönlich eingewiesen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir so brauchen konnten. Der Garten ist sehr gut eingezäunt und bietet schattige Plätze. Der Ausblick ist einfach grandios. In der Gerne ist von Montepulciano zu sehen. Wir haben morgens den Ausblick beim Frühstück genossen und abends den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas rotem Wein. Unsere Hunde wurden ebenfalls sehr freundlich durch die Gastgeberin empfangen. Beide Hunde fühlten sich auf "ihrem" Grundstück wohl. Die Besitzer des Hauses wohnen direkt nebenan. Wir haben bei Begegnungen gerne einen kurzen Smaltalk in englisch gehalten. Der Altdeutsche Schäferhund Achille hütet sein Grundstück, ist echt beeindruckend und nahm von mir gerne durch den Zaun Leckerlis an. Der Weg in den bezaubernden Ort Cortona ist knapp 20 Minuten kurz. Wir sind mit unseren Hunden jeden Abend am Lago Trasimeno spazieren gegangen. Die Fahrt zum großen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Campo del Sole dauert nur 15 Minuten. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Billi Martine war von Beginn der Buchung, über die Anreise und Übergabe, vis zum Ende unserer Reise hervorragend. Vielen Dank dafür, dass wir bei dir zu Gast sein durften."
