It was a very good place the staff where amazing and kind and helpfull they really care about all their guests. They really helped me and my husband with reccomendations for places to go. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They had many ammentites in the hotel which were just as great. Would 100% reccomend staying. And if possible would rate them more than 5 stars. Please book you will definetly be happy and fulffiled.

Firstly, on arrival I was quickly checked in and shown to my room. 1st impressions not great, extremely small double room with the cleaning trolley left right outside the door! TV not working, mini fridge not working and long dark hairs (the cleaner I guess) left in the bathroom and the floor wasn't clean. Breakfast & service was very good, small pool was fine to sit around when I had time to waste.

The hotel room was excellent, had everything and was very comfortable and clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We did not stay for evening meal or breakfast as there were plenty of restaurants in the area. We asked for a glass of ice from a different member of staff who said we needed to pay for it, this is so out of order in my opinion, never have I ever been asked to pay for ice at a hotel? this let the hotel down!

The property itself is inconvenient it doesn’t have soundproof walls u can hear it neighbors clearly and that’s very annoying especially when ure trying to sleep. The cleaning ladies are not cleaning properly. The rooms are pretty dirty. The service staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The staff has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel. The staff made our stay pleasant.

Cozy suite near to Antalya Airport

I stayed at Antalya City Hotel & Spa for the second time. It’s a small but very nice hotel with wonderful rooms. The Suite is very cozy with an artificial chimney and a jacuzzi directly in the room. From there you can watch your own stuff as it’s easy to connect the smart TV with your accounts. The King Size bed is very comfy and you can also relax on the big balcony with seats for 4 people and a swing. A grill is there too as well as a small kitchenette. Inside the room you find a minibar and a safe. The bathroom was very clean with a big shower. Breakfast is incredibly good, you got nearly a full buffet just for your table and you can order things like freshly made coffee or eggs as wished. All Employees were very nice and helpful to make the guests feel comfortable. The pool is not this big but enough to cool down. In the small but nice pool area you find enough free sun lounger at any time. Around the hotel there are different shops, restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes by walk. To the airport you need 15-25 minutes by car, depending on the traffic. Only downside actually are construction works (seems they open a whole new wing in a while) which cause a dusty floor in the room. At least they started later in the morning. I would definitely book this hotel again.

I had a really lovely stay at Antalya City Hotel & Spa. We truly enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the place was, it made it so easy to relax and unwind. The staff were kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to the cleaning lady who was incredibly sweet. She kept surprising us with small thoughtful touches like heart shaped towels and little flowers in the room. Those details genuinely made my day every time we came back. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.
