The rooms were ok but excessively hot the air conditioning works poorly the balcony door won’t close because of defective locker the bathroom sink is plugged in water stuck in I was lucky to only stayed for one night otherwise I don’t know how I will survive it for few more nights

Bei Anreise einchecken konnte ich nicht weil ausgebucht war, so hatman mich für einen Tag in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht. Ich habe AllInclusive gebucht und auch von Expedia bestätigt bekommen, an der Reception die böse Überraschung, nicht mal Frühstück war im Preis drin. Origilbestätigung von Expedia ans Hotel konnte ich einsehen, ohne Frühstück. FRechheit von Expedia, musste All Inclusive an Ort und Stell noch mal bezahlen

Stayed her for one night didn’t have any problems at all. Me and my wife stayed her from April to May almost 2 weeks. The food was good, cleaning was good, nice people working there. I don’t have any complaints at all. The rating don’t do its judging what they got. Yes maybe WiFi sucks but u are here on holiday not to sit in a hotel surfing. The photo is similar, nice beds, good shower. I can recommend this hotell

Pluset är en din o fräsch pool. Personalen var hjälpsam till en början, men när dom hade gett oss fel band för halvpension så satte de sig direkt på tvären och vägrade hjälpa oss. Vart högljudda och otrevliga. Fick efter 2 dagar rätt band. Frukosten var tråkig, en sorts bröd både till frukost lunch och middag. Dock mycket sallad! Överlag rätt halvtaskigt skick. Tyvärr skulle jag ej rekommendera detta hotell.

Отель не плохой..номер ежедневно моют...кухня стандартная не плохая.. голодными не останетесь.. правда рыбы ни разу не было.. очень вкусные супы.. отель находится в шаговой доступности от остановки, от маркетов Мигроса и Шока.. недалеко есть минирынок.. в 10 минутах ходьбы побережье.. городской пляж со всеми услугами.. душ. туалет..вечером можно погулять по набережной.. Комнаты тоже неплохие.. но постель в семейном номере все одноместные.. для двоих это очень неудобно.. и на любителя все время летают самолеты.. ини взлетают и приземляются прямо над отелем.. очень интересно.. но кому то может шум не понравится..правда ночью я не слышала...

We stayed for 7 days in August...we had a great time..the family room was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 5 beds..sheets and towels are changed daily and bathroom is cleaned daily but the room floor was never cleaned. We were at all inclusive..the food was good and they even give snaks on the pool in the afternoon...the pool is clean and very nice and the kids enjoyed the playroom a lot..I also did a massage in their Spa and it was so relaxing and staff were friendly....for a 3 star hotel I can say our stay was wonderful and as a family we enjoyed it a lot.

Перед тем как заселиться в отель звонили и спросили о том могут ли заселить нас в 01-02.00 ночи так как прилетели из Стамбула ночным рейсом. Сулейман это менеджер отеля , сказал что это возможно и он нас заселит. При приезде в отель оказалось Сулеймана нет на месте и другой сотрудник отеля держал нас внизу 2 часа ссылаясь на то что отель забит . В 4 утра нам удалось договориться за 30 евро нас с подругой пустили в номер. Сотрудники отеля особенно этот Сулейман не вежливы с гостями , не пытаются помочь и не хотят общаться с гостями. Номера грязные, нет даже шампуня дешевого)) питание однообразное , надоедает за 2-3 дня.

Onvriendelijk personeel

Ik ging voor het eerst naar een 3-sterrenhotel. All inclusief concept was het niet. Ik moest betalen voor Turkse koffie, na 2200 uur geen consumptie meer mogelijk. Ik moest betalen als mijn kind in kinderhoek wilde spelen “soort ballebak”. Meeste personeel heel onvriendelijk. Enkeling aardig. Kamers waren wel redelijk en schoon. Erg verouderd hotel. Katten lopen door het eetgedeelte en bedelen om eten. Een avond waren er helemaal geen eettafels meer over. Het eten viel tegen.Ik kreeg handoeken mee voor het strand waar je niet eens je huis mee schoon zou willen maken. Er lagen op de gang ook vaak vieze borden etc. Ik weet niet of dit standaard is voor 3-sterren en had ik te hoge verwachtingen.
