We booked family suite but was only told that the room was not ready for us on our arrival so we had no choice to stay in a smaller room. Rooms were not ready for the three of us neither. Some door knobs/ hangers need to be fixed. Other then that good location and good stay here.

Superb

The hotel is well located and a walking distance to the old town and to the beaches with so much things to see around. The staff were so warm and offers cold water daily. I will definitely comeback. Thank you Noa's boutique Hotel!!

Poor accommodation experience - multiple issues I had a disappointing stay at this property due to several significant issues: Cleanliness concerns: The chairs/seating in the room were extremely dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned between guests. Room conditions: The room was excessively humid, making it uncomfortable to stay in. This created an unpleasant atmosphere throughout our visit. Amenity failure: The hot tub was not functioning during our stay, which was particularly disappointing as this was one of the advertised amenities we were looking forward to.

At arrival our reservation could not be found (even I've showed my reservation email) and then we have been given an other room. The room had many lacks (even the door was not correctly built in). The room had a window towards the patio, but the staff wanted us to have the shutters always closed...

Lovely place, awkward location.

We stayed in two rooms. The economy and the deluxe, and we found the economy was more comfortable. The shower was much better, and the overall value of the room was great. The deluxe room comes with a tub, and a very strange shower with a glass swinging door and a stone wall. The water splashes on the wall and hits the stone and so you step on stone particles. The room also smells more musty, because of the wet stone. The Space is fine, everything was clean, and the hotel is beautiful but the economy bathroom is better than the deluxe bathroom. Also some hardware was falling apart in the deluxe bathroom like the towel rack, and shower rack, but these are easy fixes. Location is weird because you need to loop around to get to it, it's not on any main street and after it there's a dead end so it's a bit of a walk at night, but I think this means you get more silence and peace. This is definitely a nice place if you want to read a book or relax.

- ruhige, sichere und gute Lage - nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal - Gepäckservice - wir waren vier Nächte dort und das Zimmer wurde gar nicht sauber gemacht also kein Zimmerservice - wir haben für drei Personen gebucht. Es gab ein Doppelbett und eine Couch. Also kein Bett Bett für die dritte Person, was einfach nicht geht!

Odanın ve otelin tasarımını çok beğenmemize rağmen odanın içinin bakımı hakkında aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Temizlik açısından iyi sayılmazdı. Odanın banyosu rutubetlenmiş ve koku odaya yayılmıştı. Pencereler açık bir şekilde odayı kullandık. Rezervasyon yaparken konakladığımız 'Family' odayı 1 çift kişilik ve 1 tek kişilik yatak olarak gösterirken odaya gittiğimizde çift kişilik yatak ve bir koltuk bizi karşıladı. Tek kişilik yatak yoktu.

Otelin konumu harika ulaşımda hiçbir problem yok. Oda konusuna gelecek olursak oda genel itibariyle tatlı bir oda fakat yatağa yattığınızda hareket etmemeniz gerekiyor çünkü her yerinden ses geliyor. Banyo temizdi fakat duş başlığı yerinde takılı değildi. Tepeden akan duş başlığı + telefon denen duş başlığı ikiside takılı değildi. 3-5 saatliğine uyumak için bu oteli tutmamış olsaydık problem sayabilirdim ama bizim ihtiyacımızı karşıladı. 5/10 denebilir.

İlk girişte her şey çok güzeldi ama sabah 8 de inşaat sesine uyandık maalesef. Jakuzili oda tuttuğumuz için çalışan hanımefendiye sıcak su konusunda problem yaşar mıyız diye sorduk. Hiç bir problem yaşamazsınız dedi fakat duş bile alamadık sıcak su istikrarı çok iyi değildi sürekli kesiliyordu. En son soğuk su ile duşumuzu aldık.

Önce ( + ) puanlar ; Personel çok güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklı. Kaleiçin'den dışarıya pek çıkmayacaksanız konumu güzel. Taş duvar dekorasyonu çok nostaljik ve romantik. ( - ) puanlar ; Fotoğraflardaki jakuzili odalar , lobby ile dip dibe. sabaha kadar lobbydeki gevezelerin sesinden uyumak zor olacak. Ayrıca bu odaların pencereleri lobby içerisine açılıyor, oda mahremiyeti sorunlu. jakuzilerin su giderleri arızalı. iki oda deneyimledim , ikisi de bozuktu. otopark sıkıntısı çok büyük. araba ile gelecekseniz önermem. ulaşımı çok zor bir yerde. oda servisi , kahvaltı vs. pek bir şey beklemeyin. kısacası , gece uyumak istemiyorsanız , kısa süreli ve yaya olarak kalacağınız bir yerse olabilir. uzun dönem ve araba ile seyahat ediyorsanız, gezmek için arabanızla oraya buraya gidecekseniz muhtemelen pişman olacaksınız.
