"This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Old Town and many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to each day. In the evenings, the restaurant was always busy with locals, which is usually a good sign that the food is excellent. We especially enjoyed returning to the hotel after a day of sightseeing to relax on the comfortable couches with a cup of chamomile tea. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very friendly throughout our stay. There is convenient parking nearby for approximately €27 per night. A couple of things to keep in mind: there is no elevator and no valet service, so guests need to carry their luggage up the stairs themselves. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Arrived and the a/c was broken, ok these things happen. Summer season so id expect a fan or something to keep cool. Instead nothing, staff weren't helpful had to leave the doors open during the night and got bitten alive by mosquitos, and kept awake by constant overhead flights. 2 nights of the 3 spent affected, offered a voucher for 1 night that I will not be using. For 300euros a night expected better. Wouldn't come again. Poor service. Really put me off the whole area"

"We had a pleasant stay at this charming property. It was just the right size for two people. It was clean and comfortable. The outside door was surrounded by the branches of a jasmine tree and its perfume was lovely. Amenities like shops were within walking distance. We were not far from the town centre that can be reached walking along its avenues. The Picasso Museum is just a throw away. We also went to the two beaches nearby and had a wander around the harbour. All in all it was a lovely holiday. And I loved that lovely little coffee machine."

"Property located in a good location. Communication was not personalized at all but felt like a bot. Check-in instructions included a requirement to clean the apartment to the extent of scrubbing appliances (despite being charged a separate cleaning charge). Ironically, the apartment floors were not clean and my kids feet turned black from walking around the area."

"This is the second time we've stayed at this property Last time we found the apartment dark and run down and very noisy from the pool However the location was good so we decided to give it another try but in a superior room with balcony and hot tub. The rooms were an improvement on the last time but could still do with some TLC It actually had two balconies,one above up a staircase which had the hot tub and sun loungers.. However the apartment was on the 4th floor and the lift broke down on 3 occasions I am over 80 with arthritis in my spine and had to climb 64 steps each time This was just not acceptable The staff are very.nice but not available between midday and 5pm Our main impression is that the whole complex needs cleaning and updating."

"The property is in the best location, right in the center of the Old Antibes. That said, the only drawback there is that you have to drag your luggages from the shuttle or any ride share. But it is an easy walk. The room itself is cozy and cute. Has small courtyard where you can sit just outside your bedroom. You will have all that you need. Lolita is very attentive and will answer even if it is her Day off. I will definitely come back there if I can."
