The well-maintained holiday flat with a large balcony and parking space is located on the second and last floor of the building with a pretty view of the pine trees and the gardens. The building has a lift. Antibes-Juan-les-Pins is one of the most famous holiday destinations on the Côte d'Azur. Situated between Cannes and Nice, it offers 25 km of sandy or pebble beaches, but also hidden coves, five marinas, a wide range of cultural activities and a romantic old town. The Cap d'Antibes is a small piece of paradise in a huge park. The legendary Jazz Festival in July has been welcoming the greatest jazz musicians for years.
