"The hotel was wonderful! Staff were very helpful especially when we were trying to find a coin laundry and forwarding luggage to Aomori. The rooms were spacious for Japanese hotels. There was a water station on the hotel floor for easy refilling and the location in Ginza is close to everything. "

The only negative thing was the smoking room in the lobby allows smoke to fill the laundry room. We used the laundry and our cloths smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe a better air purifier or ventilation system in the smoking room is needed."
