"The staff is beyond awesome!!! They go the extra million miles to ensure that the customers are well taken care of. Full delicious breakfast, tea time mid morning and afternoon, happy hour, and late night soup is offered everyday. Lau at the night reception is great! I loved my stay here and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is excellent. 10 minute walk to Tokyo station to catch the bullet train. 20-25 minute walk to the Emperor’s palace and gardens. 15 minute walk to catch the Sky Hop Bus for sightseeing. This hotel is Wonderful."
