Enter through a charming courtyard to your private terrace, where you can savor serene views of the river, meadow, or woods. Inside, the house features two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master suite includes a double bed, high ceilings, and an open bathroom with a luxurious island bath and a separate water closet. The second bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom with an Italian shower. The kitchen, encircled by a unique vegetal structure, is fully equipped with a fridge and dishwasher. The cozy living room includes a seating area, TV, dining table, and fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Additional amenities include secure parking with electric car charging points and bike storage at the entrance. A multipurpose area is available for seminars and events. Located just 15 km south of Tournai and within easy reach of Lille, Brussels, Paris, and London. Please note that internal resort roads are motorized-vehicle-free, but golf cars and bicycles are available for rent. Fishing and swimming are prohibited.
