The spacious layout comfortably accommodates 4(sofa bed) and you are sure to love the exposed brick throughout and the cathedral ceilings. Our prime location is just above the Visitor Center! Sit outside on our balcony and Enjoy your morning coffee and for good people watching. Are you coming to fish, visit the beaches or just hang out? This is the best location & will not disappoint. Great stay

We stayed 2 nights in March. The location was perfect for our plans. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Taylor communicated well with us and informed us of a city-wide water issue before we arrived which we greatly appreciated. I would absolutely book this rental again.

A Wonderful Place to Stay in Apalachicola

This place is great. Very well done, comfortable, clean, and quite spacious. The perfect location to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the balcony, too. We had a great time and will look forward to staying here again.

Perfect location

Great location. Beautiful accomodations. Many historical sites, stores and restaurants in walking distance. It was a plus having the visitor center right below you. Easy drive to Port St Joe or St George if you want to do some additional exploring

This is a wonderful unit with great amenities, perfect location and a beautiful balcony to lounge on. We had a wonderful stay and 100% plan to return to this same unit often!! Modern amenities, very quiet and private. Just perfect. 👍

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here. Walked everywhere and enjoyed the balcony very much. The apartment was cute, well decorated and had everything we needed. The only reasons that it’s not 5 stars is that the walls are very thin and we had a tough time sleeping with the noise from the next door rental. We also found the apartment to smell a bit damp but solved that with some spray. I would stay here again and otherwise had a great experience.

Spectacular Accommodations!!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Communication was excellent and we had zero problems checking in with such detailed directions. Loved that!The apartment is charming, clean and so spacious! We also enjoyed the setup, very well thought out. We were iced in with record breaking weather and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again and again:)

Great location & walking distance to everything - the porch was favorite being able sit out on to watch the sunset and sunrise . Space was very clean and had everything we needed in bathroom , kitchen , and living room . The owner was very easy to communicate prior to check in . There are stairs to get up to room so make sure don’t overpack when carrying up luggage . Highly recommend this location - will. It be disappointed

10 Foot hole apt

Lovely, nicely decorated, comfy and clean- location just what we wanted. Porch was so lovely- spent a lot of time there. Only update we would recommend is kitchen basics- very few utensils or pots, pans- plus dishwasher would be nice We love to cook and did make do but we would definitely come back to this rental if kitchen was enhanced

Great location & amenities

My wife and I stayed 2 nights. Location is central to everything in Apalachicola. Street parking but no issues getting a spot right in front of entry door. Very clean suite with spacious balcony. Room was very quiet but we didn't have any neighbors at the time. The front entry stairs are pretty steep and narrow so hopefully you won't have any heavy suitcases to haul. Great experience overall.

2nd Floor, Convenient Location

Property is first class. Everything new and quality. Right in the middle of downtown Apalach. We are in our late 70's (79), so getting the luggage up to the suite was quite a chore. We don't recommend this unit for older folks, especially those that have trouble with stairs. Once settled we enjoyed our stay greatly including the balcony overlooking the town.

Great Stay in Heart of Apalachicola

I’ll start with the statement we loved this place and if we’re ever going to Apalachicola again we’ll check the availability of the 10 Foot Hole Apartment! Two days before check-in, we received the arrival instructions as promised. When we first opened the door from the street to gain access, we were initially taken aback by the steep stairs up to access the 3 apartments above the Visitors Center. But the stay and location made the stairs a non-issue. The apartment itself is great with a nice kitchen, large seating area/TV room with access to the balcony, awesome sized bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed and a large bathroom. Lots of closets to put things away for a longer stay. Location is outstanding: a block to the right is the Owl Cafe &Taproom, a block to the left is the High Five Dive Bar, shops and other bars/restaurants all within easy walking distance. I highly recommend the 10 Foot Hole Apartment in Apalachicola for your stay!
