The property itself is modern and comfortable, with spacious rooms and large bathrooms, a definite plus for Italy. The staff was friendly and helpful; however, they did not follow up on the Wi‑Fi issues I reported while staying on the 5th floor. I needed reliable internet for work, and although they said they would look into it, the problem was never addressed.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful, offering Italian pastries, eggs, cold cuts, and specialty coffees. Having breakfast on-site was convenient since there are few options nearby.
Overall, the experience was positive for the price, but the location and unresolved Wi‑Fi issue are worth noting."
