Von Vahendorf aus haben wir schöne Radtouren in die Umgebund und nach Hamburg gemacht.Leider fanden Sanierungsarbeiten statt die nach einem Brand im letzten Jahr in Nachbarhaus und im Haus in der die Ferienwohnung liegt durchgeführt wurden. Für uns war es am Einfachsten mit der Regiobahn zu Fahren und dann zu Fuss zum Hausboot. Die 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss war für uns kein Problem."
