We spent hours laughing and playing pool, and the hot tub offered a perfect spot to relax while taking in the breathtaking view of Grandfather Mountain and the Seven Devils lakes. Every space, from the comfortable bedrooms to the spacious living area, was designed with relaxation and family time in mind.You can tell the owners have gone above and beyond to make sure guests have an unforgettable stay. "Sweet historic house in the heart of Valle Crucis, great communication and easy self check-in. Check website for "extras" like weekend food options and fun things across the street, enjoyed the pm music and nordic sauna! Great front porch with a view, lovely tubs in rooms, lots of personality! Definitely read details on room location if guests with mobility issues but lovely! "

"We stayed here for a family get-together for a week and everyone had a super time. The location was convenient to places we wanted to go and the house was just as it was pictured. We loved the pool table and ping pong -even had a tournament with fabulous prizes!!Brooke and Red were also quick to reply when I had any questions."

"This Watauga River cabin in Valle Crucis was the perfect accommodation for my daughter’s young family to enjoy a week in Valle Crucis. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen are also large and highly functional with new appliances. The hot tub overlooking the Watauga river was especially luxurious. The large exterior decks add to the living space making the entire cabin well suited for family gatherings. I would definitely rent this cabin again for my family. "

"We had a lovely relaxing stay. We loved the proximity to the river and the ability to hear it from the porch. Having the hot tub and fire pit gave us different areas to relax in. The cabin is on the corner next to the bridge but although it was pretty busy during the day it did not affect our enjoyment of our stay. We got plenty of waves and the evenings were quieter. The cabin had all we could ask for and we enjoyed every minute. Would definitely come back!!"
