"The house was nice and the view was great. It was peaceful and quiet, with the exception of the cows, woodpeckers and turkeys which we loved. What a great way to start every morning! The hot tub was very nice, but it should be turned so the steps don't enter on the side where there is a lounger and jets. It was awkward getting in, and two of us slipped and flew forward.We are fine, but thought you should know for future renters.Our boys loved the pool table! It being in the loft near two of the bedrooms and open to the living room wasn't the best though. The arcade game was a nice addition. The foosball table was wobbly, so we did not use it, and there were very few games on the shelves in the garage. The bed in the master downstairs was very comfortable and the room was nice and dark, the other beds were okay according to our sons and our friend. Turning into the driveway is VERY tricky, and the "end of road" marker should be more obvious, or atleast make renters aware before their trip up that the destination is not "on the left" according to the GPS. It's more to the right, and on a downward slope. Finally, the water pressure was not good at all. Overall, we had a very nice stay. Once at the house (beyond the windy roads) it was very relaxing!"

"House and Host were both amazing. You will love the view, outdoor fire-pit and hot tub too. Beds were very comfy. Tankless water heater so everyone always had a warm shower when needed. The grandchildren loved the pool and foosball tables. The host was incredibly understanding with my lack of technology expertise and patient with me in trying to make my payment. He responded immediately to all my questions. We will definitely return!"

"I am very disappointed by the condition of the Loom Cabin where we spent two nights this week. Many items are in a state of disrepair and basic maintenance is sorely lacking. Here a few examples: - we arrived to an empty Modelo beer bottle sitting on the bottom step of the outside stairs. - speaking of the outside stairs, the wood is completely rotted in some places with one or two steps completely missing. As a faint hearted attempt at safety, there was a cord tied across the entrance to the stairs but nothing blocking a curious child from trying to climb the stairs from the front porch. - As you step into the front porch, the first plank is also partially rotted and/ cracked and will probably fail soon. Hopefully no one is hurt. Inside, the cabin is quaint and comfortable but we also found some items in disrepair: my bedside lamp was broken and needed a bulb, if you need to connect a charger or CPAP you have to get on all fours and search under the bed for a power strip. Actually 2 power strips connected serially to each other and then to an outlet behind the bed. Who knows if this is even up to code. Downstairs, there's some thermostat thingy hanging off the wall with wiring exposed. Having a small kitchen area with a sink, Keurig, and toaster oven was convenient. Of course it would have been nice to find more than just one fork, two spoons, one butter knife and one kitchen knife there. Given the cost of the stay, we were not impressed to say the least."

"Me and mamas cabin was amazing. It was easy to get to the directions were right on point. No problem checking in or out. The cabin is everything the website says. The towns near by are amazing. It snowed when we were there so we too advantage and went snow tubing. We visited Grand Father mountain and did the mountain coaster. There are so many attractions near by. I would definitely stay there again."
