"We checked in during the typhoon and felt safe throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful in securing the windows and doors, which gave us peace of mind. My son was able to sleep through the night despite the storm. We were also grateful that there were no interruptions to the power or water supply, the elevators remained operational, and food was offered to guests. Overall, we appreciated the staff’s care and assistance in keeping guests safe and comfortable during such challenging weather."

"The staff was wonderful. The room was very spacious. More than one person really needed. I only tried the breakfast on the last day as I was very busy during my stay, but it was great. Being a resident of Guam for 12 years, I love the local food, which the buffet featured several items that I have often enjoyed. I intend to move back to the island after my international work is complete. But, until that happens, I will make the Hoshino my go to for visiting. I am a main stay at Wild Bill's, a friendly sports bar just down the street, so the Hoshino is a perfect place for me to stay when only visiting."

"WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY!!! When we first got there, we expected a three bedroom house, but instead we got a two bedroom. Eileen was on top of everything. She told us that the reason why we got the two bedroom was because of the water issues in the three bedroom house. Overall, the stay was great. AC was perfect. We actually turned it off a few times because we were too cold. No problems at all. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to come. And stay in Guam for a few weeks.The place is centralized. I was able to visit both my family on the north side and the south side and drove less than 20 minutes each way. We had access to everything in the island that we wanted to go to and being centralized was the best thing to do. Thank you, Eileen, for always checking on us and making sure that everything was good."
