I like the place coz it’s walking distance to the metro and center but it’s not a hotel. There’s no reception. It’s an apartment. Not 24 hour . The main door is locked . I came to the place around 2 am good thing there’s a guy who came out and I was able to get in the building . Waited again. Somebody came down and told me the person in charge is in the 3rd floor. . I was gonna leave and find a real hotel. But tried to knock at the door so loud finally a guy came out awaken by my banging at the door . It’s crazy . Next time you have to check clearly the place you are staying .

Staff very courteous, room clean and quiet, rain shower is spectacular, and breakfast is delicious (one of the best I ever had). My only suggestion for future guests is not to rent a car if you’re going to visit Madrid. The streets are not easy to drive, you can end up with an accident or a fine and in this hotel the parking is very, very small, not suitable for vans or SUV’s.

The hotel has a great central location, it’s walking distance to Gran Via and Principe Pio. The room was perfect for a few nights stay, cosy and welcoming. Breakfast had a variety of choices and we were especially pleased with the timings, as it finished later than other hotels and that’s welcoming when you want to sleep in a bit more.
