"Loved the property. Felt like we were in good proximity to all we wanted to see but still with the comforts we were looking for. The people working at property were so sweet and helpful and great. I’ll recommend this place to friends "

"We loved the setting and the unique zen design of the hotel. It looked vintage and yet ultra Modern at the same time with large glass windows overlooking the gorgeous mountains surrounding the property. We also loved the terrace in the back with the large chairs looking onto the view. Some of the furniture especially in the lobby, the sofas needed upholstering and weren’t comfortable to sit on same in the dining room. Also the room needed more lighting especially in the bathroom. We couldn’t see anything when in-front of the mirror it was so dark. In general we really enjoyed the hotel and service everyone was very nice but there are some changes needed to name it better. Refresh some of the furniture in the lobby and dining room and better lighting in the rooms especially the bathrooms. "

"This property was not what I expected based on the reviews I read. Disappointing. In particular - - The jacuzzi in the room was a very nice touch after a day of touring, but when we turned it on black particles shot out of all the air vents. Yuck. So we tried to drain it and the plug would not come out. - Breakfast was extremely basic and not very fresh or tasty (except for some of the fruit). - The hotel seemed to be either under construction still or in the midst of renovations. There were building materials everywhere. - There is a disco in the ground floor that operated until at least 3 am. This made sleeping - even with earplugs - quite impossible. "

"It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps. Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW. "
