"Beautiful hotel located in a very convenient area. Easily walkable to main areas as well as to the bus stop to take you up the coast to Foz area. The hotel is also located on a pedestrian only street which was lovely. The pool and saunas (dry and wet options) were exceptional in making my stay that much more relaxing. It rained and was windy during part of my stay and the hotel had very sturdy umbrellas available for guests. Very convenient as I did not need to purchase one for my stay. The hotel staff was also very welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond assisting me when the elevator was not working to bring me up to my floor after using the spa amenities. They updated my keys, tested them, and brought them directly to my room. It was very much appreciated! They were also able to store my luggage before and after check in, allowing me to take full advantage of exploring the beautiful city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to other travellers!"

"A beautifully apportioned hotel. We loved the decor, the room, the amenities, the spa and pool. It’s a beautiful old building they renovated from an abandoned state and did an amazing job. Well located and with friendly staff. Very highly recommended."
