Washing machine but no clothes horse!
Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning.
On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack

Great hotel- super friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast buffet covered all tastes and although we only dined in one evening that meal was great- along with an excellent wine recommendation.
The room & bathroom were cleaned daily with fresh towels.
We loved our stay and if we return to the Algarve we will be staying here! Thank you!

"The hotel was amazing. Rooms were very clean, modern and spacious. We were upgraded from a street view to a pool view which was an unexpected perk! All staff were polite and happy to help. "Stayed 8 years ago & thought it would be the same. Great experience last time this time it was bad. Bugs in my room, no nose tissue, no shampoo/conditioner 1 bar of soap on face towels, place was a joke. Food was garbage literally disgusting. Property was dirty, never again"
