Review of Apartment…

Location more residential than holiday. A few bars/restaurants nearby but not a lot. Good tram service and very close to stop. Apartment needs more facilities - not enough glasses, utensils etc if 5 adults were to be staying. Apartment had no kettle or toaster and shower screen was broken causing water to flood in to hallway. Also no plug in sink or bath and had to go and buy one in order to bath the baby. New Apartment in San Juan Playa, Alicante Wi-fi, air Conditioning, Smart tv

Brilliant appartment in a great location…

The apartment is perfect for a couple and is modern and spotlessly clean. There is underground garage parking if you want to use it, although there are plenty of safe spaces on the public road beside the building to park. The gym is large with many pieces of fitness equipment. The pool is also nice, although we did not use it due to it being winter! We did try the paddle tennis, which Ana can book for you free of charge - it was great fun. Ana was a perfect host, and her directions and willingness to be flexible about arrival and departure times were first class. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk to the beach and also to a supermarket. There are also a number of smaller shops and bars close by. There are some building works in the area which gives some noise during the day but we did not find it a problem. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider a return visit.…The apartment is perfect for a couple and is modern and spotlessly clean. Gezellig appartement met mooi uitzicht en een prima ligging t.o.v. strand, tram en winkels. Eigenaar is heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. Kortom een heerlijke week gehad met 2 kids van 6 en 8. …
