"Our accommodation was in an excellent location and was of an excellent standard throughout. The apartment was extremely well equipped and despite being in the centre of the city was quiet and peaceful. Prior to our arrival Abdel communicated arrangements and was a helpful and knowledgeable host. "Best hotel in San Juan, Alicante. No question about it. However, a little update is needed, such as soundproofing, and the door room must be quiet, and the housekeeping personnel should be quieter at the time of their cleaning the room. Nonetheless, this is my third visit to Alicante, and this is the best price-to-quality ratio in the area for a 3-star hotel. Very safe and conveniently located near the beach. If I had to rate this hotel, I would give it nine out of ten. Thank you; I will certainly return to this fantastic hotel."

"Absolutely amazing break away in this fabulous penthouse apartment. We arrived very late at night the hosts agents met us showed us around and was a great start to the break. Apartment has lovely spacious and comfortable furniture both inside and outside. Loads of room loved the BBQ on the roof terrace, sea views from the downstairs balcony as well as from the roof terrace.Lovely furnishings handy having 2 full bathrooms, as well as a kitchen that had everything you need to enjoy and easy to cook in. We will 100% return to stay here. Local restaurants within walking distance as well as a great supermarket! What more can you say apart from Consuelo was on hand for any advice or help when needed. Super easy check outIf you’re in this area and looking for a fabulous place then book this one !! "

"Cosy spacious apartment in quiet district 5min walking distance from beach, 20 min till San Juan center and 20 min drive till Alicante center, so quite good location. We enjoyed the terrace and appreciated the 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and tee/coffee/oil/spices and some food, thanks for that! Only the kettle was missing but we managed to do without it. It's good that the apartment is in a privat houses territory with a fence and code,so we felt very safe there :) wifi was good too. Thanks for everything,we enjoyed our stay!"
