"Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...

"Pros: Location Excellent pool Fantastic views Cons: Very, very outdated kitchen. Limited privacy due to people staying in outbuildings some of the time. A (not unfriendly) cat that's fed at the property and it seems to be assumed that guests will do this. There's a strong smell of cats in the kitchen and the area immediately outside it. Doors can't be left open to ventilate the property when using the pool as the cat may get inside. No consumables apart from toilet roll and cat food: not so...

"Das Haus ist über 300 Jahre alt und gut restauriert. Wir haben von dort aus Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht und bewundert, wie z. B. Siena. Nach den Ausflügen konnten wir uns am Pool abkühlen.Die Gastgeber waren immer für uns ansprechbar und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben, auch zu Flussbadestellen, die wir gern besucht haben."

"We had a really good time at this property. Everything was very clean and it was well equipped for what we wanted. It was very hot whilst we were there, so the air con and pool were very much appreciated! The town itself has several decent restaurants (so no need to cook, if you dont want to!) and there are some local buses but a car is needed really to make the most of the wider surrounding area (including the beautiful pool).The owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful with any queries...

"Perfect location. Beautiful villa. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. It’s a magical place. The only thing to take into consideration is the drive from the bottom of the mountain to the villa: it can be a little tricky up the hill if you’re in a small car. I highly recommend every single part of this property and the wonderful chiara who looked after us so well."

"Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."

"Recently we have spent 10 wonderful days in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Apart from all the different places of touristic interest we really enjoyed staying at Vecchia Posta in Cavriglia, a quiet little town 60 km south of Florence. The former post office constitutes a lovely old house, which has been embellished on a grand scale. Vecchia Posta is surrounded by a big garden and offered more than enough space for the three of us as well as all comfort and facilities we were looking for....

"Myself and 20 other friends had an incredible time in Lucia’s villas. All three villas were so authentically Italian, beautiful, well stocked, and peaceful. Gorgeous grounds and pool area with beautiful views. Lucia in particular was a life saver when we had car troubles upon checking out - we wouldn’t have made our flights home without her! Amazing “can do” attitude and was so hospitable. Would recommend 10/10"
