"Property was great. Loved the room. So spacious and clean. Had me on top floor on the back being a single occupant. Night view was nice. Check in was quick and friendly. Breakfast was good. I was late getting down, but still had a decent plate of food. (Sausages were tasty). I just happened to catch a room here for the concert at Globe after having to change hotels at the last minute. Will recommend for concert friends. "

"The price.is affordable but their pool was out of service, iron didnt work, bathroom door would not close in room 306. We rented 2 rooms adjacent to each other. The refrigerator was not cold, tv had cracked lines vertically when warching tv. The bathrooms are super small. I did like the patio outside of each room. I liked thr view we had and it was close to all the theme parks and Globe life center. There is a trolley service which is great. "

"Property stated they had shuttle to globe life field weeks before stay. Checked in and i was told that the shuttle was "under maintenance " its a city shuttle that services hotels in area, so the hotel lies about it. Shuttle says they don't service Hyatt anymore. Pool was also under maintenance and those 2 reasons were main reasons to book and no heads up given until check in. Property couldn't do a refund and general manager was no where to be found and front desk just laughs when asked for...
