This tastefully furnished duplex in Palm-Mar (Arona) has 3 bedrooms and is fully equipped for 6 people.
The accommodation has an area of 246 m², including the covered terrace, and views of the mountain and the garden.

Palm-Mar, in southern Tenerife, is a small enclave, bordering the Atlantic Ocean and flanked by two nature reserves. It is a residential area just 15 minutes from "Tenerife Sur" airport .

Los Cristianos and Las Americas are just a stone's throw away.
A perfect base to explore Tenerife: magnificent nature, beaches, breathtaking landscapes, culture, colonial villages, unlimited sports activities... the best cocktail for an unforgettable holiday.

Along the sun-drenched avenues flanked by exotic palm trees, you will find several restaurants, cafes, eateries, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, medical centre, dentist
beauty centres, hairdressers, children's park and the beautiful Bahia Beach Club. Nearby, you can participate in various activities, such as golfing, hiking, cycling, snorkelling, etc.

In "Colinas de los Menceyes" the entrance to Palm-Mar, you can enjoy subtropical gardens, waterfalls and two swimming pools, one of which and the children's pool are heated, a spacious solarium with sunbeds and parasols. "Colinas de los Menceyes" has a fully equipped gym with Technogym equipment. Only a ten-minute walk away you will find the shopping centre with a wide variety of gastronomic choices and the natural beach "la Arenita"

To ensure security, the complex has been fully fenced with a controlled chip entrance. Each building has a maximum of 16 flats and has its own lift connected to the underground garage (subject to availability).

This flat is equipped with; iron, safe, free internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, covered parking in the same building, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English), and an amazing outdoor jacuzzi in the penthouse.

Prachtig appartement, ruim en schoon. Heerlijke jacuzzi op het dakterras. Twee kleine kritische punten: de overkill aan mails vooraf vanuit de verhuurorganisatie en het feit dat er nauwelijks rekening wordt gehouden met de aanwezigheid van jonge kinderen. De trap is onveilig voor jonge kinderen en een kinderbedje zou standaard aanwezig mogen zijn, bergruimte genoeg. Daar apart voor moeten bijbetalen is niet helemaal passend bij zo’n toch al prijzig appartement (verder is het mooie appartement wel het geld waard)

Superb apartment with hot-tub

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment is super, 3 x en-suite bedrooms made it a breeze for the family. Kitchen is stocked with top of the range appliances and accessories. The penthouse balcony hot tub was a massive hit. The on site gym was excellent and the two pools were great. 5 stars

Fantastisch appartement, heel ruim met meerdere terrassen en parkeergarage eronder. Ook fijn dat er een supermarkt pal aan de overkant ligt.
