In this cozy apartment, located in the heart of Los Cristianos, you can enjoy the promised eternal summer in an environment surrounded by all the services that will make you enjoy an incredible vacation, and at the same time, feel at home. Ideal for visiting the entire southern area of the island of Tenerife, this central apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the beach.
The space is distributed as follows:
Once we enter the house, which is just a few steps from the building's elevator, we will find a cozy entrance with a coat rack to leave our belongings when we arrive. On the left, a complete kitchen with an American bar where you can cook your own menu. Next, and in front of it, we will see a spacious and bright living/dining room with a flat screen TV and two modern sofas. In addition, the living room has direct access to the large balcony, where you can enjoy views of the mountains and the entire town of Los Cristianos while you have a good glass of wine. On the balcony we will find a laundry area with a washing machine and cleaning supplies that you can use during your stay. On the other hand, we will find two large double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms, which has two single beds, has access to a small balcony to get some air. In addition, the house has a very bright full bathroom with a large shower.
The house is located in a residential building with several floors and different accesses to the street. It should be noted that it has an intercom as well as a comfortable elevator a few steps from the house.
Although check-in will be carried out independently, we offer telephone assistance at all times during the indicated arrival times. During your stay, you can also contact us if you need it. We will be happy to assist you!
The town of Los Cristianos is one of the tourist centers of Tenerife where we will find a wide variety of fun activities to enjoy the holidays to the fullest. Being so close to the port, it offers everything from fishing activities to whale watching or scuba diving. In addition, its magnificent yellow sand beaches will make you disconnect while listening to the sound of the sea.
In the area we will also find places of interest such as Hard Rock Café, Siam Park (the best water park in the world) or shopping centers with a special charm, such as the Siam Mall.
As for gastronomy, you can delight in their fish dishes on the many terraces with views of the sea and the beach.
The area is very well connected by public transport. Los Cristianos bus station is less than 10 minutes' walk away. This station connects with the entire island of Tenerife, reaching the South Airport directly.
For your arrival, it will be essential to have an internet connection or telephone line, as we use remote opening for access.
Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Arrivals outside these hours will be subject to company availability and may have an additional surcharge. Consult us.
In case of loss of keys we will charge a surcharge of €75.00.
The door opening service during the stay will have a surcharge of €40.00.
In the event that we incur a locksmith expense due to misuse of the keys, the guest will be responsible for the cost of this service in full.

We stayed for a month in Feb/Mar 2025. Plus points are; Quiet location away from swarming hoards of package holidaymakers, but only a 10 minute walk to the sea front. Residents in the apartment block are VERY friendly. Communal areas regularly cleaned. Close to local amenities with small convenience store next door. Great views of the mountains from the two balconies (one east facing off of smaller bedroom and one south facing off of the living room). Nearby free street parking always available after a short search.Good WiFi. Slight negatives; Kitchen not very well appointed. Fixtures and fittings generally a bit worn and/or wonky. Balconies a bit small if you wanted to dine outside.Overall this is a really great apartment for either a holiday or digital nomad living. Highly recommended.
