The harbour and the many surrounding cafes, shops, inexpensive restaurants and bakeries are just a short walk away, and from the centrally located bus stop in the centre of the village you can easily reach the nearby coastal towns such as Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and El Médano, where there is no typical sandy beach, but breathtaking cliffs and steep rocks that make the coast interesting. In some places there are stepladders from where you can safely enter the sea. This side of Tenerife is also ideal for cycling due to its flat terrain. There are 2 golf courses nearby and at the harbour there are many excursion boats and other water sports facilities.
Completely renovated in 2010, this 140 m² luxury flat is fully equipped. It has two bedrooms, one of which has a large wardrobe and a double bed (mattress 180 x 200cm) and the other is furnished with a 150 x 200cm bed and LCD TV. In the living room you will find a dining area and a cosy sofa set. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils such as an oven, four-ring ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with large freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and much more. There is also an iron, satellite TV, a DVD player and free Internet access. One bathroom is equipped with a shower, the second with a bathtub and washing machine. Due to a special ventilation system, no air conditioning is required in the flat. You can enjoy the view of the sea from both the living room and the bedroom.
The flat also has two glazed balconies (loggias) with a breakfast table, which offer wonderful panoramic views of the pool, sea and Teide. The car park in front of the door is public.
