Along the sun-drenched avenues flanked by exotic palm trees, you will find several restaurants, cafes, eateries, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, medical centre, dentist,

beauty centres, hairdressers, children's park and the beautiful Beach Club. Nearby, you can participate in various activities, such as golfing, hiking, cycling, snorkelling, etc.



This charming accommodation is located in the sought-after Playa de Los Menceyes complex, just a few meters from the ocean.

This contemporary complex is characterised by its beautifully landscaped gardens with exotic palm trees, subtropical vegetation, heated swimming pool and spacious terraces with stunning views of the ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

This privileged area of Palm-Mar borders the nature reserve, "La Rasca", which is a peaceful environment for walking or sports and is only a few meters away from the luxurious beach Club, Bahia Beach.



To ensure security, the complex has been completely fenced with a chip-controlled entrance. Each building has a maximum of 12 flats and has its own lift connected to the underground garage (subject to availability).
