The space
The apartment is fully furnished, and we have tried to make sure everything you need is readily available. 150 Mbps Wifi, fully functional and well-equipped kitchen, Refrigerator, Washing Machine and power backup, Air conditioning in the room and living area virtually making it a centrally air conditioned apartment!

The apartment is perfect for group of family or friends – ideal for 2 couples or a group of friends who are looking for a perfect vacation or a working staycation.

The living space :

Minimalistic yet useful, the living area offers a comfortable Sofa Cum Bed that can be converted into a full queen size bed, a 32 inch TV with Tata Sky connection and ofcource the living area has an air conditioner.

Balcony Space:

A breezy balcony, offering a uninterrupted view of the swimming pool and the beautiful hills. This sitout is ideal to relax and enjoy the lush greenery in a peaceful, serene environment

Kitchen:

The kitchen comes with a gas pipe cooktop, Water purifier, refrigerator, microwave, toaster. For the cooking enthusiasts the kitchen in well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dinner set, glassware and everything one might possibly need in a kitchen

Bedroom Space:

The apartment provides a spacious bedroom with a wardrobe, the bathroom is ensuite and shared with the living area. An extremely comfortable queen bed and mattress for a perfect sleep. The bedroom also provides a small pullout bed in case you need extra space. Sleep well!

The living room sofa cum bed converts to a comfortable queen size bed! (You thought we had less space!)

Wifi:

150 mbps, strong WiFi, you are covered!.

Mobile Networks:

Goa can be a pain specially for mobile connectivity. The apartment has strong signals for all major mobile network provides (Airtel, BSNL, Jio, others.)

Invertor back up:

Lights, fans and WiFi can be operated in case of power failure and the invertor provides backup of upto 4 hours.

Security:

The entire outdoors and common spaces of the complex are covered by surveillance cameras. 24x7 Security available at the complex. For extra care, we have installed personal outdoor cameras at the entry of the apartment.

Private shared Parking:

Four wheelers - The parking is available on first come first server for guests, there are few spots dedicated for guests. If that gets full, there is street side parking and Guard will assist. Guard is available 24/7.
Two wheelers - Two wheelers can be parked inside all the time. Guard is available 24/7.

And now some things to note:

Smoking:
Strictly no smoking indoors, we are strict on this, if found smoking inside a fee of Rs 1500 will be charged as cleaning and purification charges. Please use the balcony which have equipped with Ashtrays

Housekeeping:

Housekeeping will occur on every alternate day of your stay, Hey! but we are still a phone call away if you need anything!

Linen and towel change :

Mother earth is looking at us! To contribute to sustainability, linen and towel change will happen after every 3 nights. Your cooperation will go a long way in this little effort of ours.

Food:

Did we tell you we had a full stocked kitchen! If not, plenty of eateries near by. Zomato and Swiggy have excellent coverage in case you want to order in.

Our apartment is in high demand and we follow a strict check in and check out procedure in terms of timings, we hope you will understand cooperate. We like to give every guest a hassle free experience.

Security Deposit:

We love our apartment and hope you will too. Please take care of the apartment and enjoy it as if it was your own. Make it your little home away from home There is a security deposit of 2500 on every check in. The security deposit is refundable, subject to no damages in the apartment.
