Just a short drive into Arundel town centre. Very pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and well furnished. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great and there was loads of parking.

My friend and I were looking for a base to explore the historic towns, houses and gardens of this area, and struck lucky with this hotel. We were impressed by the pleasantly relaxed atmosphere, the quality of the food, the variety of dining and bar areas and the comfortable, well-maintained and quiet rooms (no audible traffic noise). Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

One of the best places to stay with a dog. Staff are very dog friendly and the property is quite large to walk your dog around so it's very convenient. The rooms also have a good sized bath so it was excellent!

lovely old pub atmosphere, staff were efficient and friendly and really enjoyed the experience. only thing that i bulked at was the cost vs the standard of the rooms, the room was clean but looked tired an had old tech in the bathroom and wasn't really in keeping with £189 for a double for one night, would I stay there again, yes but for the price, if it were £120-130 then no issue, athough the comment re rooms stands.

Staff were very nice and helpful .We didn’t like our appointed room downstairs which was extremely dark and we were moved without fuss . Rooms rather gloomy with poor lighting . Pillows were very solid . Everything else was ok The White Swan is conveniently positioned between Chichester and Arundel
