"The location is convenient, but overall I was disappointed with my stay. The capsule area was very crowded, and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell throughout the building. The elevators were also dirty and had a bad odor. One of the male Japanese staff members was quite rude, although the two female staff members were friendly and helpful. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy your vacation, I would recommend to save a little money and staying at a hotel instead."
