"The hotel was clean and organized but the furniture and appliances were a bit dated. Overall my family enjoyed the stay. One thing for sure is the staff were very friendly and easy to work with when asking questions or needing assistance. "
"The view from the Japanese suite room was very good, and the cleaning and bed making were careful and comfortable. The water server was very convenient and good. The pool, the sea and the whole family enjoyed their stay. I'll come to stay again!"

"Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management."
"The place is very clean and feels like home. The view is amazing too! The owner accomadated us when we needed to stay another night and the building staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place and will stay here again!"
"I love all the amenities in this place, the swimming pools, the slides, the putt putt golf, archery, kayaking, the botanical garden. Even had the chance to watch the circus show at 730pm. My husband and I stayed for 3days and 2 nights and tried all of those things. I highly recommend this place for people with kids, they will definitely have fun! There’s also a restaurant that’s called Sunset BBQ that you can make a reservation and grill some food while watching the sunset (we didnt have a chance to try that, but if we come back, we’ll definitely try it) the rooms are just okay, nothing special. But we did stay on the standard room in Oceana A, can’t say the same about the other part of PIC. "
"Hafa adai !!Nice and clean accommodations. Safe environment centrally located on the island. Dina was amazing and a pleasure to work with. Her on site coordinator was also amazing and of quick and prompt support. Highly recommended."
