"The room was spacious with a large shower. The carpet was threadbare and the bed was extremely hard. I discovered that the restaurant prices were excessive, £23 for fish and chips, £37 for an 8oz RUMP steak! A five minute drive took me to the Badger Box, extensive menu, great prices, £13 8oz Sirloin Steak, happy days. "

"We had a superior room no glasses at all no bottled water no bin liners only two tea bags on complementary tray, bar was fine, breakfast was a mess not tided up & v salty restaurant staff uncommunicative as was the check out receptionist we would not choose to stay here again."

"Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. As I was staying for work, it would be nice to have breakfast available earlier than 7am, but this certainly wouldnt stop me booking again."

"Noisy, no good noise separation between Hotel rooms, my room had a door leading to another room and it was not locked as I would have expected."

"The Lidl over the road was very handy. I tried adjusting the television and a toilet roll fell down from the bracket. No bath towel on the first night, just two hand towels. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice but the hotel could do with updating."
