"The property is awful. The bathroom had mildew and the paint was literally falling off of the bathroom ceiling. The caulk on the floor of the shower was discolored and really gross. We checked in and the magnetic key didn’t work. When I went to the front desk, the person told me that I probably didn’t know how to use the key. After staying in corporate owned Sheraton‘s recently, I have realized that this is the type of hotel I prefer and I see a stark difference in how I am treated there. The corporate owned hotels have extremely Disinterested and hostile employees most of the time.
It really stood out to me how these folks have total ownership attitude about their hotel and they take pride in what they own and operate. What could be a more American than that?"
