"The location is beautiful and the house is wonderful. We stayed for two days and visited local sites. There are wineries everywhere and many tasting options. There is a local brewery with great homemade pizza an 11 minute walk - it is a place for locals and the food was great. This house is a super comfortable home base to explore the local towns. "We visited this house with four youngsters (18-21) and two dogs and we enjoyed the enormous space in and around the house. The swimmingpool was great. The whirlpool wasn't heated so we only could use that between 3 and 5 PM. Than the automatically refreshing of the water started and it went cold. But when one knows this, one adapts... Really great was the big room with the table tennis, table football and pool table. Even at the hottest hour of the day you could play there if you wanted. Around...

"Poorly maintained, overgrown and tired. Walls are peeling off. The kitchens don’t have an oven. Water pressure is non existent, if someone uses water downstairs there is no water upstairs. WiFi doesn’t work downstairs, upstairs the connection is really poor. No air conditioning. No sofa or other soft furniture except the beds. Dining room chairs are not sturdy, some are broken. Outdoor furniture is old and the plastic is brittle. Not as listed, everything is unkempt. Dirty floors, bathrooms...

"This property was amazing. Rey modern with every convenience. The staff were exceptional and very friendly, even when I was trying my rudimentary Italian. The breakfast was the best I had at a hotel on my 10 day trip throughout Italy. There is some paid street parking which was a little difficult. I chose to pay for a spot at the train station parking garage right across the street, a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I would absolutely stay again. "
