"Nice place to relax, quiet with many options nearby for food and exploration. Good access to anything really, been here a few times and have never been let down by the service and experience."

"Only stayed one night to go to a concert. Said check in from 3pm but when I arrived at 4pm room was not ready. No air-conditioning in room but it was big & beds looked clean but whole place is in need of decorating. Lift was out if order. Kettle in room but only two mugs for three people. Had to ask a couple of times to get an extra mug. Did not use bath or shower over bath as didn't look clean. Towels are provided but no toiletries. Pub next door was good for a drink beforehand but doesn't do food. We went to Bents garden centre which is only 0.5 mile away for breakfast and would recommend."

"Lovely hotel. Seperate parking for hotel guests. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Refreshing free welcome drinks in reception was a nice tough on a hot weekend. We used the pool facilities which were excellent including a hot tub, sauna and steam room. Changing facilities were very well done too. Breakfast was nice and we were able to sit by the window over looking the courtyard. All in all, we had a lovely time staying in this hotel and would definitely come back."

"From us entering the hotel to leaving the staff were all helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The tv being able cast from our phones was a bonus too. Breakfast was all cooked well with choices of both English and continental. We came down closer to the end time and had to wait a little for some choices to be topped back up but the staff again were very helpful in sorting this. With free parking by entering your reg, our stay was all that we hoped for. I’d give a big thumbs up to this hotel based on our experience."

"Outside a bit dated in need of a refurb. Reception very nice staff very good breakfast very adequate. Bedroom was OK but bathroom was not great toilet too close to the door shower screen not very good towel rail not secured to wall properly and towels very thin. Overall it was what we needed just for one night but could have been a bit better."
