"Location was perfect far enough off the square i.e about 50 feet to be quiet at night but easily accessible to all the downtown fun stuff on Quay Street. Our room is reasonably sized at a very nice bed and excellent shower and the staff was super friendly. Stumbling in at 3:00 a.m. from a late night session we were offered Waters all around as the desk staff got the door. Excellent for the price and I would recommend it!"

"Room a wee bit tired carpet needs changing checked in Saturday for two nights told breakfast was till 11am this is only weekend Monday was 10am so caught out ont this one. But overall a good stay would stay again."
