"Great location to shops and restaurants but very difficult to find any overnight parking and had to park at the big cathedral for 2 nights. We were not informed of the parking situation, however, again great location to shops and pubs."

The castle has all the amenities needed and plenty of space and we enjoyed exploring every room and its history. Cozy and would stay there again. "

"Nice clean place with lots of amenities. We picked this place to stay with our two teen children so they could each have their own room, we had a rental car and parking is on the property, and it’s fairly close to downtown. It’s situated in a nice quiet family friendly neighborhood. Rather than try parking downtown we left the car there and took taxis to and from the Latin Quarter, which is about a 10 minute ride. "Owner was a bit slow to get us to check-in in time, but otherwise was super communicative. Property was simple, but clean and in a great location. I would stay here again."

"The location was alright. The parking was less than desirable. We had to park our car in a pay lot that was a 15 min walk away. The neighborhood is also next to a school, so there is morning and afternoon noise from the kids walking to and from. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable and the host was friendly. "

They were very friendly and welcoming, and the house and grounds are gorgeous and steeped in Irish history. If we ever come back to Tuam, we'd happily stay again!"
