Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of the vibrant Hapeville community! This cozy 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome offers the perfect modern space to relax, explore, or work during your Atlanta stay.

**The Space**

Step into a beautifully designed, loft-style townhome where soaring high ceilings and an open-plan layout create a bright and airy atmosphere. The chic living room invites you to unwind on the comfortable sectional sofa while enjoying the smart TV. For your entertainment, a selection of board games is also available.

Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, perfect for preparing anything from a quick snack to a full meal. The home includes a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet, making it easy to stay connected.

For privacy and comfort, the bedrooms are situated on different levels. One bedroom is conveniently located on the lower level, while the primary suite occupies the entire third floor. Each room has its own unique style, and the modern bathrooms include a spacious walk-in shower with dual shower-heads. Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink on one of the two private patios.

**Guest Access**

Enjoy a seamless arrival with a smart lock for easy self-check-in. You will have full access to the private two-car garage during your stay, which also includes an EV charger for your convenience.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return garage door openers on kitchen counter. A $350 fee per opener will be charged if not returned.
1) Please close all blinds before leaving. 2) Please load the dishwasher before you depart.
Place used towels on top of the washer at the end of your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
