We lived in Atlanta 20 years ago so know this area reasonably well. We loved the hotel being so central as we didn’t hire a car so it was easy to walk to Lenox mall. Two minutes away. They have events on the top floor but no noise filtered through to the hotel. Great restaurant/bar on the ground floor. Above everything else the staff were the best we had experienced. All staff especially Reception and staff greeting and managing door and courtesy car went over and above and exceeded expectations. Not expensive either. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you for looking after us.

Only one hung that was a downer was our sink kept backing up and no light in our entry way, which I told the staff and everyone was apologetic and helpful plus pleasant to talk to…. I will stay here every time I come not to mention the rooftop just beautiful

Paying for both valet and personal parking is insulting to guest at this hotel. Should NEVER be an ADDITIONAL charge? Food in the restaurant was marginal and expensive! The room environment failed to meet even marginal standards, as advertised in hotel information.

I was supposed to check in at 4 and finally had a room at 4:15. Moved me to a higher room and had to listen to loud music from the rooftop bar. The property is pretty though. Just a bad experience

The staff was awesome. The room was clean, and well appointed. You can watch your own Netflix or Prime videos. Good food. Great stay. I was surprised, though, at the $50/day valet parking fee. But the valets provided excellent service.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Valet was fast, professional, and customer focused. The only thing I would change is the room service options. You can order from the restaurant downstairs but the service is slow and the food is priced a bit high for the quality. It is a newer property and I think they are still finding their stride on a few things, bit would definitely recommend. Location made it easy to navigate just about anywhere in the Atlanta area.
