Our 2-acre Buckhead Estate is available for a wide variety of private events! Send us a message today with any questions you may have. The quoted price on VRBO covers up to 25 total guests (pre-approval is required). The estate can accommodate a maximum occupancy of 100 guests. The fee for each additional guest beyond #25 is calculated based on length of stay. Hot Tub is heated year round – heating the pool requires 24-hour advance notice & will come at an additional expense. The entire home and private 2-acre property w/ pool and sports court is only accessible to your guests.
