"By far the most imamculate and well-looked after apartment I've ever stayed in. Everything was thought of: there was tea & coffee, fresh towels, blankets, washing up liquid, soap, crockery, cooking utensils. There were instructions for everything, and plenty of tips/ideas, as well as local food menus & recommendations, in the info folder. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of sockets throughout the apartment. There were board games, books, and local guidebooks. The apartment was decorated to fit the area - plenty of Burns memorabilia! The furniture was modern and fully functional. For people driving, follow Google Maps until you pass the bus lane, then use the helpful instructions provided by David (look for the alleyway next to Pandora's). Parking was quite easy to find, its free on the street 6pm-8am weekdays, and all day Sunday, but paid and limited to 2hrs during the daytime. I genuinely can't find fault with this apartment, and when next staying in Ayr I will definitely choose this apartment! Thank you to David & family! It's clear you take pride in the apartment and you look after it well."

"Location is great so quiet and loved looking out to the river. Great touch with the binoculars and bird book. Parking no problem at all. Great bed and bathroom very nice. Could do with new frying pan and couch needs cleaned bit stained. Overall we loved our break and would highly recommend."

"It’s a beautiful apartment but we weren’t prepared for a three floor walk up, with all our luggage. Stairwell a bit dark as well. No hairdryer either. Other than that it was a great stay. Good value for money. "
