"The Venti Hotel in Maceió is overall a good hotel that meets expectations. The location is excellent, the pool area is very nice, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are pleasantly air‑conditioned, and the lobby is also kept cool, but the moment you step out of the elevator into the corridor, the warm and humid air is quite overwhelming. The staff is friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast is generally good, although it is noticeable that the kitchen and service teams are not...
