Really nice hotel. Staff are friendly, underground car parking and plenty of restaurants in the local area to choose from.

Lovely staff. Lovely area in central aviles. Just overall great. Donā€™t be put off about parking. The underground parking has lifts upto the reception.

We got a room that was a bit beat up. But most importantly, there was a step up into the bathroom and then inside the bathroom, there was a step up from sink area to toilet & bath tub. Kind of dangerous for older people or even just for going to the bathroom middle of night. Property was tired and definitely not 5 stars. 3 stars at best. Location was superb. On the main plaza. Parking right underneath with direct elevator to lobby. Hotel staff gave the worst restaurant referrals possibly (2 were on scary street with no one in the restaurant during prime dining time so we didn't go in. 1 was right by hotel but food was horrendous).

Breakfast was not as good as some other hotels during our trip. We paid the most for this hotel. Location was superb, right in old town. Water temperature in the shower was not constant. Overall a beautiful hotel.

Very nice hotel for a business trip
Very pleasant stay for bed and breakfast. Comfy beds, shower was hot and desk was deep enough to work on. Breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold local food. Room service was fairly prompt and laundry dropped off at 0800 came back and was hung up in my room by 1900. Recommended.

5-star all the way. Excellent location; large room; all the amenities. The building(s) itself is worth a tour, including the artwork. Only issue was too much heat. Even though there was a cold spell, I kept on reducing the temperature and finally shut it off completely, but it remained overly warm. Better I guess than overly cold. Reception was attentive to the problem, but I assume it was a system-wide issue. Finally, opened a window just a bit - not ecofriendly, which is why I did not give them five-stars for that category. (Unless they saved energy by not continually turning the ssystem off and on...)

Beautiful Historic City
Great location located in a beautiful historic square. The hotel itself is a little dated and surprisingly has very thin walls. I was very impressed with the hotel's management after I spoke with them about a noisy room next to mine.

Hemos pasado tres noches en el hotel y no tenemos nada negativo que decir sobre Ć©l: desayuno con buffet asistido perfecto, habitaciones amplias y con camas cĆ³modas, limpieza perfecta... Como posible mejora, un mejor control del parking, ya que hay huĆ©spedes que dejan su coche, literalmente, entre dos plazas. Esto es ajeno al hotel, pero quizĆ”s un control de registro ayudarĆ­a a que no sucediera. Destacar la atenciĆ³n de EstĆ­baliz y sus recomendaciones.

The hotel was first-rate in every way--we had a well appointed large room, used the good fitness center each day, and were treated well by the gracious staff.

This hotel was in an amazing location. Itā€™s very easy to walk and explore the city. There is also parking right below the hotel in an underground garage. The room was a good size and had a great bathtub. The beds and linen were also super comfortable. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The only negative thing about this property is the parking situation, but the staff made it tolerable. This hotel is gorgeous and is in a perfect location !!!!

Beautiful palace experience
Beautiful hotel, first class service, the most amazing breakfast buffet with a la carte orders. The location is ideal! Set in the middle of a plaza, surrounded by shops and restaurants. With underground parking if needed.

Wonderful, affordable hotel.
Terrific location, easy parking, wonderful room, great amenities. The only bad part was another RUDE English speaking guest who didn't have a passport at his check-in. He was right next to me, and talking LOUD and demanding attention from the manager. It ruined the whole experience for us.

Five start accommodations in what had been a palace in the center of Aviles. Everything about the hotel was excellent, especially the friendly and helpful staff.
