He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. "Rooms very super clean. We stayed in rm. 411 and the outdoor onsen was indescribably amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle within the onsen area which is super helpful. The onsen experience was amazing. Tho’ a bit pricey, I will definitely stay here again as a treat. The Kaseiki dinner was also amazing. It was a lot of food. Almost like tapas as there are many small portions (11 courses in total). After dinner, another onsen. Out of this world experience!"

"We booked this hotel 6 months ago and asked for a quiet room. They put us next to a family with a constant crying baby in and out of their room and balcony banging around. It amazes me that they had 6 months to manage our request!! However the room itself was really nice and an amazing outlook over to the sea. The breakfast was average. We did go to the roof Terrace twice for a drink and found the head bar man unhelpful and unfriendly. We asked to try the house wine which comes by the glass before ordering but were faced with a rather direct and blunt ‘NO’ which we found awkward. Not a great experience and the hotel ultimately misses out on business."
