"I wasn't provided with check in instructions, so when I arrived I felt a bit lost. I asked inside Greggs and Subway, they informed me that I had to go to the petrol station to collect my room key, it was smooth from there. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom needed a little TLC, cracks on the bath, ceiling, marks on the floor. Had free WiFi, TV, and tea / coffee facilities. Bed was comfy and clean. Good value for money. Would stay again as very convenient for short trip"

"The room we had was clean and tidy with clean towels etc. We did fine some sweets and a tablet under the bed when I dropped my own tablet but otherwise, clean. One wall light appeared to not work but not a problem to us. The staff throughout were friendly and helpful. There is a well stocked bar with national brands as well as more local ones. Beer is a lovely place where you can relax and life slows down if you want it to."
