"The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. We booked an upgraded room with access to a lounge, which was great as we’d had a long haul flight and just needed something light before bed. The lounge access in the evening meant we could get some delicious snacks and drinks. Whilst the hotel don’t do an airport shuttle, there are numerous options to get to the airport. We tried the electric car transfer and the bus on different occasions. The buses stop just across the road from the hotel and drop either inside T2/3 or T5 so very convenient. We would certainly use this hotel again when flying to/from Heathrow."

"Hotel is right at the end of beautiful quite village and only 5 miles from Silverstone circuit. We stayed in annexe which is only 3 minutes walk from the main building. Room was very spacious with a shower (large bathroom). Also large desk with a phone and TV,. Fast Wifi provided. Breakfast was amazing and big variety. Golf amazing. I used the gym which was great , did not use the pool which looked large and very well maintained."

"Check in was a pleasant experience and when I asked if we could have a quiet room we were upgraded to an executive room with fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We’ve stayed here on numerous occasions over the years and I’d say the breakfast wasn’t as good as usual. The dining room is getting shabby and stains on chairs off putting. To be fair a lot of guests were down for breakfast and it wasn’t so easy to choose what you wanted to eat. the food wasn’t being replenished quickly to meet demand, eg I was looking forward to fried eggs but I couldn’t wait as I’d already plated the mushrooms and bacon. I liked the gluten free cornflakes. They’re portion wrapped to fresh. Good choice of breads. We didn’t get croissants as none left at 8.00am. They might have been replenished later. Good choice of items and there are healthy options too. As usual the waiting staff are busy. They have activities to do on their phones and need to discuss with colleagues but they are always friendly when approached. I’d say breakfast is okay overall. The hotel isn’t perfect but there’s nothing that I’d want to complain about and happy to stay again. "
