"We enjoyed our stay at the home. If you are wanting to stay on the northside, it is a nice property to rent. You are about 15 minutes from Rum Point and 30-35 minutes from the main drag - 7 mile beach. In the area of the house is the Blue Iguana/gardens/Queen Elizabeth Bontanic Gardens - very nice, kayaking/boating at Rum Point to see the bioluminescent waters, near a couple nice cafes (you can even eat turtle if you want at Ocean Side Cafe), Star Fish Point not far, and good snorkling, The main grocery store Fosters is in the 7 mile beach area, so grab food on your way to the house if you want to stock the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook/prepare meals, keep food for snacks, etc. The host Brooke is very responsive and has gone out of her way to make sure the house has everything you would have if it were your house - i.e. fully stocked. I recommend it."

"The stay was incredible, the size of the villa was perfect. The pool and beach was perfect. The check in was easy. The island and residents were so friendly! Everything was so perfect until Thursday.Most all of Thursday, Friday, and half of Saturday, there was a landscape crew working all around the house - front yard, backyard, and pool area. My wife and I felt unable to relax and use the outside amenities for the last few days of our trip at the villa. Three days of workers around the house really threw off our time here. We booked this villa because of its privacy and for how quiet it is, which is was for the most part not until the workers came. A notification that the workers were coming would have been much appreciated. Then we could change plans and be away from the villa on those days.So just that one thing, otherwise Grand Cayman Island and Villas was awesome to deal with."

"The property is magnificent! Every room in this villa is lovely-all the bathrooms are wonderful.Outdoor space special-pool, sauna, the ability to snorkel & paddle board directly in back.All the grandkids thoroughly enjoyed-Since this is a fairly new property, the interior is immaculate-with a great kitchen well supplied.We would go back!Lovely sunsets from back!!"

"Very accurate listing. Nice clean property with an incredible view. Lots of little things provided that made it convenient. Balcony and and roof top were great. Bring something for mosquitoes in the evenings. It was our first time to grand cayman so it took a while to get used to the roosters. We only saw a few people on the property the whole week which made it feel like we had a private pool/beach."

"Beautiful place with a clean, comfortable stay and everything we needed and even more. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Parking was available, and the private entrance made everything feel convenient and secure. The location is excellent, close to spots like Starfish Point, Rum Point, Crystal Caves and the Mastic Trail, with plenty more to explore nearby. It’s also only about a 30-minute drive (with no traffic) to George Town. Overall, a great stay in a peaceful and well-located place. I would definitely recommend it."

"If you want peace and relaxation, or something away from the normal tourist areas, this is the spot! 30-40 minute drive to get back to town, and easy drice to learn driving on the left! We rented the penthouse so we could enjoy the rooftop, and it was totally worth it! Wake up and watch the sunrise, at night watch the sunset and the sky opens up for hours of shooting stars! The condo was spotless cean, well decorated, and stocked with everything you will need for your stay! Beds where comfy, plenty of linens for those that get chilly at night, and throw pillows gallory to allow you to feel relaxed no matter where you sit. We loved our stay so much we shared it with family and hope to start planning a family trip to come back an enjoy the space again!"

"Northern Lights is a beautiful property! We were very comfortable there and the kids enjoyed having their own bathrooms. North Side is a quiet part of the island which was nice to come back to and relax after being out and about most days. Sonya, the property manager, was very welcoming and kind. Highly recommend!"
