"Loved it would come again!!!"

"I chose this location for its great location. We were walking distance from the lagoon and many restaurants we wanted to eat at."

"Very nice and quiet hotel. If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious. Very good experience for me and my family. All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome."

"I have stayed at Poza Clara Sanctuary several times, and it is the best small hotel in Bacalar. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is delicious, substantial, with plenty of options. The garden and pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It is in walking distance to the lagoon and center of town. I highly recommend this charming little sanctuary, and I will certainly return."

"Ubicación excelente, la vista hermosa. Las cabañas algo ruidosas si te toca en planta baja, almohadas súper incómodas. Nada recomendable la habitación para 3 personas. Por eso no hay fotos de esa."

"Curteous staff and beautiful location"

"Great Stay, beautiful and relaxing experience"

"A lovely, relaxing spot. What really stood out was the staff—they were exceptionally attentive and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was straightforward but satisfying, providing great fuel for active days. The lagoon setting is gorgeous, and having direct kayak access along with a handy shop right next door made the entire experience seamless"

"Nice spot simple accomidations for budget minded travel."

"Great place to stay, staff stay on top of everything. Has 2 pools multiple dining areas outside and 1 indoor an outdoor bar. Food is decent I recommend changing it up and going to the town. They will call a taxi for you. Everyone has their own tub outside their room."

"It is not a 5 star hotel at all. It is OK. They have outsourced food and drinks, so one has to pay apart. The cafeteria where one eats stinks like sewage, particularly in one side. People are nice. It is clean. Showers work well. Food is good, nothing exceptional. I just believe it is overrated in Expedia"
