"Large apartment with two bedrooms was clean and well appointed. Large wraparound balcony, but could use some upkeep on the weeds outdoors on the balcony. "One time" cleaning fee of 90 Euros was a surprise when we arrived at the reception desk. The surprise was blamed on booking through this site instead of their proprietary site, although this apartment was selected because of the cost savings since other apartments clearly disclosed a cleaning fee on their listings on this site. Only stayed one...

"Alrhough it wasn’t in the center of Salzburg, I think we made the right choice to stay here! It was so lovely! The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful! Would love to go back! "

"(1) Although the reception was hardly ever maned, I only needed to press the call button and speak to the owner who was willing and able to help me with internet access and let me into the boot room when I forgot my room key. "Right in the centre of Bad Hofgastein, in the pedestrianised area, close to everything. Free parking was couple of hundred meters away rom the hotel. Staff at the hotel were friendly from check-in to check out. We needed to leave early on the day of departure, before the start of breakfast but it wasn't a problem to go for breakfast earlier. Breakfast traditional continental buffet with variety of meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, etc. Room was nice with everything we needed for our short break....

"The beds were really hard (when checking out, they Said we should have told them - so they had other beds that were better and we were left with bad ones?) You hear everything very clearly from outside the room - hallway, outside when trucks come at 4.30am with goods or at 23.00 when all the +70 year-olds are partying in the lobby The food was really not something I would recommend, be that dinner or breakfast! Especially if you have kids with you, then there isn’t really any dinner besides...
