"Room was old but the bunk beds were really enjoyed by our two teenagers. The water slide was a lot of fun. Staff was phenomenal - family focused. The breakfast was great - the coffee machine is awesome and the pancake maker was a hit!"

"Everything was beautiful. They set out a variety of amenities for their guests to have for free, which includes granola little bags of chips, little pieces of chocolate, coffee, tea, water there’s a little fridge in our room that we could keep things in the bathroom was beautiful and clean."

"What a treasure! This is an immaculate property in an idyllic setting. It is everything the pictures depict and more. From the warm greeting of the owner to the seals feeding just off shore, we could not have asked for more. It is a wonderful place to just relax and unwind while still being centrally located close Peggy’s Cove and Lunenburg."

"Certainly not your typical soulless empty purpose built rental. Jan & George have filled their unique little space with interesting items. We spent three nights and every day noticed something else to look at. The wildlife is incredible, hummingbirds, fish, squirrels, it’s obvious they’re very fond of the property and their humans. And the friendliest dog ever! The water was crystal clear and absolutely beautiful for swimming. If you’re looking for a unique friendly nature surrounded place to stay where you’ll be treated like family, you’ve found it."
